You can order the desired size or color if it is not available on the website or in the store. You also have the option to additionally select the material of the product and the shape of the heels.
The estimated production time for an order is 10 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the order.
You can place an order in our store in Kyiv at 30A Velyka Zhytomyrska Street, or submit an order request by filling out the corresponding form on the page of the pair or bag that interests you. If you haven't found the desired model on the website, write to us on Instagram hvoya.kyiv.
Upon receiving your request, our manager will contact you and assist with further order placement.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF CUSTOM ORDERS
By placing an order for custom tailoring, you agree that such products are not subject to exchange or return. In cases where the footwear does not fit or your product requires additional work, we will adjust or remake such a pair/bag. Additional measurements may be required.
