Delivery
UKRAINE
– Pick up from the store in Kyiv, 30A Velyka Zhytomyrska St.
– Delivery by Nova Poshta within 2–5 working days throughout Ukraine. Paid for by the recipient. Shipments are made within 1–3 working days after full payment.
INTERNATIONAL
– By Ukrposhta worldwide and/or Nova Poshta (Europe). Delivery takes from one week (Europe) to two to four weeks (USA and Canada).
– Upon arrival in the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes of the destination country's customs. The recipient is responsible for additional customs clearance costs; in turn, we do not control such costs and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for customs duties and other related costs. For more detailed information before purchasing, please contact us.
Warranty
HVÓYA undertakes to repair footwear or bags free of charge if significant defects are found that occurred due to the manufacturer's fault. The warranty period is 30 days from the date of purchase
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use of the product by the consumer:
– In the presence of obvious mechanical damage (abrasions, cuts, burns, punctures, etc.);
– In the presence of deformation due to improper wear, use in weather conditions that do not correspond to the shoe style, drying at high temperatures, as well as exposure to chemical and other liquids;
– Pairs after repair, except for the replacement of heel taps and gluing of protective outsoles;
– Due to wearing shoes out of season.
Please note:
– Wetting of shoes is not a reason for making a claim.
– Claims regarding shoe quality are not accepted if the rules of operation, transportation, and storage of shoes have not been observed, if the owner has an atypical foot shape or size, or if the pair was incorrectly sized.
– Possible staining of insoles or lining is not considered a defect.
– The warranty does not cover parts that require minor repairs, as well as insoles, laces, heel taps (as they are replaceable parts). If the warranty period has expired or if defects are found that arose due to violation of operating conditions by the buyer, claims regarding defects will not be considered!
