Goods can be returned or exchanged:

– Within two weeks (14 days) from the date of purchase.

– The product must be undamaged and in its original condition, without signs of use outdoors or indoors.

– All labels, tags, boxes, and packaging must be preserved and undamaged.

– Pairs and bags that were used in photo/video shoots are considered to have been in use and are not subject to exchange or return (even if their marketable condition is preserved).

– When returning goods, you must provide a receipt confirming the purchase of the goods in a store or online.

– "Gift card" gift cards are not subject to exchange or return. If the amount of selected goods is less than the card's face value, the difference is not paid out but remains on the client's balance.

 

Please note: responsibility for returned goods lies with the buyer until the goods arrive at our warehouse.

Pack the goods securely and carefully to avoid possible damage in transit.

If these rules are not followed, we will not be able to accept your goods for exchange and return.

You can arrange an exchange or return at the HVÓYA store at the address: 30A Velyka Zhytomyrska St. Return by postal service or courier is also possible. Shipping costs for the goods are borne by the buyer.

Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment.

Returns of goods shipped outside of Ukraine are not possible.
