Within Ukraine
Delivery by Nova Poshta within 2–5 business days throughout Ukraine. Paid by the recipient. Shipments are made within 1–3 business days after full payment.
International
Delivery by Ukrposhta worldwide and/or Nova Poshta (Europe). Parcels take from one week (Europe) to two to four weeks (USA and Canada).
Upon arrival in the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes by the destination country's customs. The recipient bears additional customs clearance costs; in turn, we do not control such costs and cannot predict what they may be.
Goods can be returned or exchanged:
- Within two weeks (14 days) from the date of purchase.
- The item must be undamaged and have its original appearance without signs of use outdoors or indoors.
- All labels, tags, box, and packaging must be preserved and undamaged.
- When returning an item, you must provide a receipt confirming the purchase of the item in a store or online.
