INSTRUCTIONS
You will need a sheet of paper, a ballpoint pen refill, and a flexible measuring tape.
Measurements should be taken while standing and from both feet. When taking measurements, your weight should be evenly distributed across your entire foot. The measuring tape should fit snugly against your foot.
- Place your foot on a sheet of paper and trace around it with the pen refill, holding it strictly perpendicular to the floor. Do not slide the refill under your heel or toes.
- Your foot length is the distance from the most prominent toe to the heel.
- Girth – measure the widest part of your foot with a measuring tape around the bunion area of the forefoot.
- Instep height – place the measuring tape under your foot in the center of the arch and measure the circumference to the highest point of the foot's instep.
- Diagonal instep – place the measuring tape under your heel and measure diagonally the circumference from the edge of the heel to the beginning of the ankle point.
- High boots require additional shaft circumference measurements.
- Calf circumference is measured every 3 cm, starting from the ankle height up to the widest part of the calf. Note the exact height at which each measurement was taken.

Palette bag — completes the “In the spotlight” collection. It bears the name “Palette” from the palette of shadows (palette), usually rectangular and structured. Opening the palette, a velvety surface of colored spots opens up to the eye. Likewise, our bag inside has a lining made of natural suede, which is very similar to shadows in texture and tactile sensations.
Completed with an asymmetric handle, which can be shortened by tying a stylish knot.
Inside, the bag has one compartment and a pocket. Closes with a magnetic clasp hidden by a curved flap.
Can be worn over the shoulder or as a cross-body bag.

Ukraine
Delivery by "Nova Poshta" within 2-5 business days across Ukraine. Paid by the recipient. Shipments are made within 1-3 business days after full payment.
International
Delivery by "Ukrposhta" worldwide and/or "Nova Poshta" (Europe). Parcels travel from one week (Europe) to two-four weeks (USA and Canada).
Upon arrival in the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes of the destination country. The recipient bears additional costs for customs clearance; in turn, we do not control such costs and cannot predict what they might be.
Goods can be returned or exchanged:
- Within two weeks (14 days) from the date of purchase.
- The item must be undamaged and in its original appearance without signs of outdoor or indoor use.
- All labels, tags, box, and packaging must be preserved and undamaged.
- When returning an item, you must provide a receipt confirming the purchase of the item in-store or online.
