An individual order in HVÓYA is the tailoring of shoes or bags from our model range according to your request.
By filling out the form, you create an application for the individual tailoring of the product on the page of which you are.
You can order the desired size or color if it is not available on the website or in the store. You also have an additional choice of materials and heel shapes.
After sending the application, the manager will contact you and help with further ordering.

Використовуйте лише професійну доглядову косметику, що не містить спирту, й обов’язково читайте інструкції щодо їхнього застосування. Не варто довіряти народним засобам.

Пам’ятайте, що натуральна гладка шкіра не любить воду, тому не варто влаштовувати їй водні процедури, достатньо використовувати вологу фланелеву тканину. Ця порада не стосується замшевих сумок.
Зберігайте сумку наповненою чистим папером або натуральною тканиною. Ваша сумка має «дихати» як зсередини, так і ззовні.
Носячи перевантажену сумку, ви ризикуєте деформувати виріб, тому стежте за її вагою і бережіть спину.
Ukraine
Delivery by “Nova Poshta” within 2-5 business days throughout Ukraine. Paid by the recipient. After full prepayment, shipment will be carried out within 1-2 business days.
International
Ukrposhta (national delivery service) worldwide and/or Nova Poshta (Europe). The parcel takes from a week (Europe) to two to four weeks (USA and Canada). Upon arrival in the country of destination, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes of the destination country’s customs. The recipient bears additional costs for customs clearance, in turn, we have no control over such expenses and can not predict what they can be.
Items can be returned or exchanged:
- Within two weeks (14 days) from the date of purchase.
- The product must not be damaged and have an original appearance with no signs of its use in the street or indoors. If a pair of shoes was used on the set for photo or film shooting, it is also regarded as used.
- All labels, tags, boxes, and packaging must be preserved and undamaged.
- When returning the goods, you must provide a receipt confirming the purchase of the goods in the store or online.
