– Pick up from a store in Kyiv on Velyka Zhytomyrska St. 30a.
– Delivery by “Nova Poshta” within 2-5 business days throughout Ukraine. Paid by the recipient. After full prepayment, shipment will be carried out within 1-2 business days.
INTERNATIONAL
– Delivery by “Ukrposhta” around the world. Estimated cost – 25-30 US dollars depending on the country. The parcel travels from 2 to 4 weeks.
– We deliver orders all over the world. Please pay attention to the fact that the cost of delivery is paid according to the tariffs of the logistics service. Shipping terms may differ from 2 weeks up to 1,5 months depending on the destination country. Please, note that during the war shipping terms may be longer.
– Upon arrival in the country of destination, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes of the destination country’s customs. The recipient bears additional costs for customs clearance, in turn, we have no control over such expenses and can not predict what they can be. We are not responsible for customs delays. HVÓYA undertakes the obligation to repair shoes or bags free of charge in case of revealing significant defects that have arisen through the fault of the manufacturer. The warranty period is 30 days from the date of purchase
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use of the goods by the consumer:
– In the presence of obvious mechanical damage (scuffs, cuts, burns, punctures, etc.).
– If there is deformation due to improper wearing, use in weather conditions that do not match shoe style, drying at high temperatures, as well as the action of chemical and other liquids.
– Pairs that have been previously repaired, except for the replacement of heels and the gluing of preventive outsoles.
– Wearing shoes in the wrong season.
Note:
– Wetting shoes is not a reason for filing a claim.
– Claims for the quality of shoes are not accepted if the rules for using, transporting, or storing shoes are not followed, if their owner has a non-standard shape or foot size, and also if the pair size was chosen incorrectly.
– Possible staining of the insoles or lining is not a defect.
– Parts that require minor repairs, as well as insoles, laces, and heels (as they are replaceable parts) are not covered by the warranty. In the event of the expiration of the warranty period or the discovery of defects that arose as a result of a violation of the terms of use by the buyer, complaints about defects are not considered!
Return and exchange
Items can be returned or exchanged:
– Within two weeks (14 days) from the date of purchase.
– The product must not be damaged and have an original appearance with no signs of its use in the street or indoors. If a pair of shoes was used on the set for photo or film shooting, it is also regarded as used.
– All labels, tags, boxes, and packaging must be preserved and undamaged.
– When returning the goods, you must provide a receipt confirming the purchase of the goods in the store or online.
– Gift cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If the amount of the selected goods is less than the face value of the card, the difference is not paid out but remains on the customer’s balance.
Please note: Returned items are the responsibility of the Buyer until they are received at our warehouse.
Pack your item securely and carefully to avoid possible damage in transit.
In case of non-compliance with these rules, we will not be able to accept your goods for exchange and return.
You can apply for an exchange or return at the HVÓYA store at Velyka Zhytomyrska St., 30a.
It is also possible to return by postal service or courier. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds are made in the same way that the payment was made.
Return of goods sent outside the territory of Ukraine is not possible.
