• Поставте ногу на аркуш паперу і обведіть її пастою строго перпендикулярно до підлоги. Не заводьте пасту під п’яту чи пальці ніг.
• Довжина вашої стопи – це відстань від виступаючого пальця до п’яти.
• Повнота – поміряйте сантиметром найширшу частину вашої стопи в районі кісточок носочної частини.
• Підйом – помістіть сантиметр під стопу в центрі склепіння стопи та виміряйте обхват до найвищої точки підйому стопи.
• Косий підйом – помістіть сантиметр під п’яту і виміряйте по діагоналі обхват від краю п’яти до точки початку щиколотки.
